This PSS will be levied on all dry container exports bound for the following destination regions and countries:  

• United States  

• Canada  

• Mexico  

• Caribbean region  

• Central America  

• West Coast of South America  

• Colombia  

• Venezuela  

• Suriname  

Hapag-Lloyd has explicitly excluded short-term shipments—including ad hoc, spot, or non-contractual bookings—from the scope of this temporary surcharge, in alignment with its standard commercial policy for seasonal adjustments.
