The GRI/GRA will apply to all full containers gated into carrier terminals on or after 1 November 2026 and shall remain in effect until further notice.

Applicable cargo includes standard dry, refrigerated (reefer), and special-purpose containers—including high-cube units—in both 20-foot and 40-foot equivalent sizes.

Effective GRI/GRA Rates (USD per TEU/FEU):

• North America East Coast and Gulf Coast: USD 1,000  

• North America West Coast: USD 1,500  

The West Coast rate is USD 500 per container higher than that applicable to East Coast and Gulf Coast destinations.
