The weekly service will link major Chinese export gateway ports—including Ningbo, Shanghai, and Shekou—with key import hubs in Brazil, Uruguay, and Argentina.

The confirmed port rotation is as follows:  

Ningbo → Shanghai → Shekou → Singapore → Santos → Navegantes → Montevideo → Buenos Aires → Navegantes → Santos → Coega → Singapore → Hong Kong → Ningbo.

Calls at Coega (South Africa) and Hong Kong remain subject to final confirmation.

TLA3 will offer direct port-to-port connectivity from Ningbo, Shanghai, and Shekou to Santos and Navegantes (Brazil), Montevideo (Uruguay), and Buenos Aires (Argentina).

Notably, the announced rotation aligns with COSCO Shipping’s newly introduced ESA3 service, which is also scheduled to commence operations in December 2026.
