Submissions via email, fax, or any other external communication channel are no longer accepted.

To initiate a DG amendment, customers must select the “Change DG Information” function within the tool and upload all required supporting documents. These typically include:  

• Preliminary Dangerous Goods Declaration (or IMO-compliant Dangerous Goods Form);  

• Safety Data Sheets (SDS), valid and version-controlled;  

• Tank certificates (where applicable, e.g., for bulk liquid or gas cargoes);  

• A concise, unambiguous description of the nature and scope of the requested amendment.

Hapag-Lloyd states that centralizing DG documentation through this mandatory digital channel enhances data accuracy, ensures regulatory compliance with Korean customs and maritime safety authorities, and accelerates processing timelines for DG approval and booking confirmation.
