This expansion strengthens ANL’s regional network, bringing the combined coverage of the APR and APR2 services to 16 ports across the Asia–Pacific region.
The APR service operates on a 39-day vessel rotation utilizing three dedicated vessels, with scheduled departures every 13 days. It serves Townsville and Gladstone in Australia and provides transshipment connectivity via the hub ports of Port Kelang (Malaysia) and Singapore.
The upgraded APR2 service delivers an express, direct connection from key Chinese ports to Lae and Motukea (Port Moresby) in Papua New Guinea, with seamless onward connections to Brisbane. It operates on a 42-day rotation with three dedicated geared vessels, offering biweekly sailings.
Both services deploy geared vessels fully equipped to handle breakbulk cargo, project cargo, and out-of-gauge (OOG) shipments—enhancing operational flexibility and supporting diverse customer requirements across Asia–Pacific trade lanes.
