The PSS will take effect on either 7 June 2026 or 15 June 2026, depending on the specific origin region within China and the final destination port.  

Specifically:  

- For shipments from North and Central China to Mombasa, Kenya, a PSS of USD 200 per TEU will apply effective 7 June 2026; an additional PSS of the same amount will be levied effective 15 June 2026.  

- For shipments from North and Central China to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, a PSS of USD 400 per TEU will apply effective 15 June 2026.  

- For shipments from North and Central China to Mogadishu, Somalia, a PSS of USD 400 per TEU will apply effective 7 June 2026.  

- For shipments from South China to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, a reduced PSS of USD 100 per TEU will apply effective 15 June 2026.  

These adjustments reflect CMA CGM’s ongoing commercial measures in anticipation of the upcoming peak shipping season and contribute to broader pricing dynamics across the China–East Africa trade lane.
