This surcharge will take effect on 27 March 2026 and will remain in force until further notice.

For cargo shipped from China to Côte d'Ivoire, Benin, Ghana, Togo and Equatorial Guinea, the PSS is set at USD 590 per TEU.

For shipments bound for Nigeria, the surcharge is set at USD 575 per TEU.

This measure is applicable to all cargo categories and is valid for short-term shipping contracts.

According to CMA CGM, this surcharge is introduced to maintain reliable and efficient shipping services during the peak shipping period.
