Ocean Network Express (ONE) has implemented a comprehensive set of service enhancements across its intra-Asia network to strengthen regional connectivity, reduce end-to-end transit times, and enhance supply chain resilience for customers in Southeast Asia.
As part of this initiative, the Thailand–Indonesia 1 (TID1) service has been restructured with an updated port rotation: Surabaya has been removed and replaced by Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City. The revised loop is now Laem Chabang → Jakarta → Singapore → Ho Chi Minh City → Laem Chabang. This adjustment establishes bi-directional direct sailings between Ho Chi Minh City and Jakarta—marking the first dedicated connection between these two major economic hubs—thereby shortening average transit times by up to 36 hours and enabling more predictable cargo flows. The service operates weekly with a 14-day round-voyage cycle; the inaugural sailing under the new rotation will be MV Highway (Voyage 368S), departing Laem Chabang on 2 April 2026.
Additionally, the Semarang Service (SRG) has been upgraded to include Patimban Deep Sea Port—a newly operational deep-water terminal in West Java, Indonesia—as a scheduled port call. The revised rotation is Singapore → Semarang → Patimban → Singapore. This integration strengthens multimodal linkages between Singapore and West Java’s growing industrial corridor and provides shippers in the region with direct access to ONE’s global network. The first enhanced SRG sailing will be operated by MV Sinar Bintan (Voyage 0934E), with an estimated arrival in Singapore on 8 May 2026.
Furthermore, the Penang Service 1 (PF1) has been expanded to incorporate Kuala Tanjung Port in North Sumatra as a weekly port of call. This coverage has been reallocated from Belawan Service 1 to optimize network efficiency and better serve emerging manufacturing and export zones in northern Sumatra. The updated PF1 rotation is Singapore → Kuala Tanjung → Penang → Singapore. The inaugural sailing under the revised schedule will be MV Mao Gang Guang Zhou (Voyage 0006N), with an estimated arrival in Singapore on 14 April 2026.
These coordinated enhancements reflect ONE’s strategic focus on data-driven network optimization, infrastructure alignment, and customer-centric service design—reinforcing its commitment to delivering agile, reliable, and sustainable logistics solutions across the intra-Asia trade lane.
