From this date onward, all B/L release instructions and requests—including sea waybills, telex releases, original B/L releases (at destination or elsewhere), electronic B/L releases, and customer-printed original B/Ls—must be submitted exclusively via the new webform.  

The introduction of this centralized digital platform aims to enhance operational efficiency, minimize processing delays, and reduce follow-up inquiries by ensuring consistent, complete, and auditable submission of documentation instructions. Customers are required to comply with this updated procedure for all applicable B/L release requests effective 12 October 2026.
