Under the revised structure, ONE will establish a unified Asia-Pacific Regional Headquarters in Singapore. This new entity will consolidate the previously separate East Asia and South Asia regional functions—currently headquartered in Hong Kong and Singapore, respectively—into a single, integrated operational and strategic hub. The Singapore-based headquarters will oversee commercial, operational, and customer-facing activities across 15 markets in the region. Mr. Louis Tang has been appointed Region Head, Asia-Pacific.
In parallel, ONE will centralise oversight of its East Africa, West Africa, and Southern Africa operations under its existing Dubai Regional Headquarters. Its London office will retain responsibility for Europe, the Mediterranean, and North Africa.
Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Till Ole Barrelet, Chief Executive Officer of ONE, stated: “The Asia-Pacific and Africa regions represent core growth pillars in ONE’s long-term strategy. By aligning our regional leadership closer to customers, markets, and operational ecosystems, these enhancements will strengthen decision-making agility, accelerate market responsiveness, and support sustained investment and capability development across both regions.”
ONE confirms that the restructuring will have no immediate impact on service schedules, contractual obligations, or day-to-day operational continuity. Local customer-facing teams will remain the primary points of contact for all stakeholders.
The transition will be implemented in a phased and operationally responsible manner. During the initial phase, existing personnel will continue performing their current roles under the new regional governance model. Functional alignment—including reporting lines, process standardisation, and resource optimisation—will be progressively refined throughout the implementation period.
This reorganisation forms an integral component of ONE’s ONE 2030 Strategic Framework, reinforcing its commitment to deepening regional presence, enhancing organisational efficiency, and driving sustainable growth in high-potential markets across Asia-Pacific and Africa.
