X-Press Feeders & T.S.Lines Join Forces to Expand into South Asia via the Red Sea Route

X-Press Feeders has launched the Malabar X-Press (MBX), a weekly intra-regional shuttle service linking Colombo (Sri Lanka) with New Mangalore and Cochin (India). The service is operated by a single 1,100 TEU container vessel, following the rotation: Colombo → New Mangalore → Cochin → Colombo.

Concurrently, T.S. Lines has commenced its Red Sea Shuttle (RSS) service, which provides a dedicated weekly connection between Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) and Sokhna (Egypt). This service, operational since July, is deployed using a single 4,400 TEU container vessel.

Collectively, these initiatives reinforce integrated maritime logistics infrastructure in their respective regions and support growing trade flows within the Indian Subcontinent and Red Sea markets.
