Effective 27 September 2026 for regulated jurisdictions and 29 August 2026 for non-regulated jurisdictions, the fee for both the Origin Cooling Service (OGS) and Destination Cooling Service (DGS) will increase from USD 130 to USD 140 per reefer container.

The Destination Cooling Service (DGS) applies specifically to door-to-door import deliveries into Ecuador.

This adjustment reflects Maersk’s ongoing commitment to maintaining service integrity, operational reliability, and compliance with evolving regulatory and infrastructural requirements in the Ecuadorian market.

Revised Cooling Service Fees for Ecuador (USD per reefer container):

• Origin Cooling Service (OGS):  

 Origin: Ecuador → Worldwide destinations  

 Basis: Per container  

 Previous rate: USD 130 → Revised rate: USD 140  

• Destination Cooling Service (DGS):  

 Destination: Ecuador (for imports from worldwide origins)  

 Basis: Per container
