This surcharge shall remain in force until further notice. 

The origin scope encompasses all North European ports—including those in Northern France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Scandinavia, Poland, and the Baltic States—as well as the northern Spanish ports of Bilbao, Gijón, and Vigo. Portugal is explicitly excluded from the applicability zone.  

The destination scope covers all U.S. port regions: the East Coast, West Coast, and Gulf Coast, including inland destinations served via these maritime gateways.  

Applicable rates are USD 1,000 per twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU) and USD 2,000 per forty-foot equivalent unit (FEU), including forty-foot high-cube and forty-five-foot containers.  

The surcharge applies to both dry and refrigerated (reefer) cargo; however, it does not apply to out-of-gauge (OOG) shipments.
