The surcharge will take effect on 15 June 2026 and remain in force until further notice. For shipments to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the PSS will apply from 29 June 2026 onward.  

The surcharge applies uniformly across all standard container types, including 20-foot and 40-foot dry, refrigerated (reefer), and special-purpose containers, as well as high-cube units.  

Applicable rates are:  

• USD 500 per twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU);  

• USD 1,000 per forty-foot equivalent unit (FEU).
