Effective 25 May 2026:
• A PSS of USD 300 per TEU will apply to shipments from China to West Africa Central ports—including Lagos (Nigeria), Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire), Cotonou (Benin), Tema (Ghana), Lomé (Togo), and Malabo (Equatorial Guinea);
• A PSS of USD 100 per TEU will apply to shipments from China to West Africa South ports—including Luanda (Angola), Pointe-Noire (Congo), Matadi (Democratic Republic of the Congo), Walvis Bay (Namibia), Port Gentil (Gabon), and Douala (Cameroon);
• A PSS of USD 700 per TEU will apply to all cargo types shipped from Southern China, Hong Kong, and Macau to Mombasa (Kenya).
Effective 28 May 2026:
• A PSS of USD 300 per TEU will apply to shipments from Southern China, Hong Kong, and Macau to Mogadishu (Somalia).
Effective 15 June 2026:
• A PSS of USD 300 per 20-foot container and USD 600 per 40-foot and 45-foot container will apply to dry cargo shipments from West Mediterranean ports (e.g., Valencia, Algeciras, Genoa, Gioia Tauro) to U.S. East Coast and Canadian East Coast destinations;
• Out-of-gauge (OOG) and project cargo are expressly excluded from this surcharge.
All listed PSS charges apply to cargo moving under short-term contracts and are subject to CMA CGM’s prevailing tariff terms, conditions, and applicable regulatory requirements.
