The order comprises a 4,400 TEU vessel to be constructed by Jiangsu Zhiyuan Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and a 3,300 TEU vessel to be built by Ningbo Boda Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. The contract values are approximately USD 42.7 million and USD 30.0 million, respectively.  

This investment underscores the company’s strategic fleet renewal initiative and aligns with broader industry trends among Chinese tonnage providers to acquire mid-sized, fuel-efficient container ships optimized for regional and intra-Asia trade lanes.
