Under the agreement, ONE has acquired an indirect yet commercially significant equity stake in Dongwon Global Terminal Busan (DGT), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dongwon Global Co., Ltd.  

DGT is currently developing Busan’s first fully automated container terminal—a state-of-the-art facility expected to achieve an annual throughput capacity of over 4.5 million TEUs across six deep-water berths upon completion.

Securing assured access to terminal capacity in Busan—a pivotal gateway for intra-Asia and global trade—enhances schedule reliability, service stability, and end-to-end supply chain resilience.”
