• Africa, Asia, Oceania, Europe, and the Middle East & Indian Subcontinent: 15 October 2026  

• North America and Latin America: 8 November 2026  

This surcharge reflects operational adjustments required to address persistent equipment imbalances—specifically, the shortage of returnable 20-foot dry containers in Luanda—and does not apply to any other container sizes or equipment types (e.g., 40-foot dry, reefer, or open-top units).
