Major news! Maersk announces significant changes to dry port fees in India

The surcharge applies exclusively to export cargo moving through Indian seaports under the Approved Freight Forwarder and Logistics Service Provider (AFLS) framework. The updated rates will become effective on 1 October 2026 for shipments destined to non-regulated countries, and on 26 October 2026 for those bound for regulated countries.

Applicable container types include 20-foot dry, 40-foot dry, and 40-foot high-cube containers.
