Delivery of the vessels is scheduled for 2028 and 2029, respectively.  

Upon delivery, these ships will become CU Lines’ largest owned containerships to date—marking a significant step-up from its current fleet maximum of 6,400 TEU. The carrier currently operates one chartered vessel with a capacity of 10,100 TEU; however, this vessel is not part of its owned fleet.  

This order reflects a strategic fleet modernization and capacity expansion initiative, positioning CU Lines to enhance scale efficiency and competitiveness on key international trade lanes.
