PSS for Asia/Oceania–Conakry Trade Lane  

Effective for all cargo loaded onboard vessels on or after 12 August 2026, Hapag-Lloyd will implement updated PSS rates for the Asia and Oceania to Conakry trade lane. These charges shall remain in effect until further notice.

Applicable rates are as follows:  

• USD 1,750 per TEU for dry, special, and tank containers  

• USD 2,250 per TEU for refrigerated (reefer) containers  

PSS for North Europe–Mexico Trade Lane  

A new PSS will be introduced for shipments from North Europe to Mexico, effective for all sailings departing on or after 1 September 2026. This surcharge applies uniformly across dry, refrigerated, and special containers and shall remain in effect until further notice.

The applicable rate is USD 500 per TEU for all container types.

All other components of the freight tariff—including base ocean freight rates, bunker adjustment factor (BAF), security-related surcharges, and terminal handling charges—will remain unchanged from previously published levels. Local and contingency charges may apply separately, subject to prevailing local regulations and operational conditions.
