PSS Implementation Timeline and Validity

The surcharge shall apply to all sailings departing on or after 1 September 2026, with applicability determined by vessel departure date. It shall remain in effect until further notice.

Applicable PSS Rates

The surcharge is assessed per container unit, as follows:

• USD 600 per 20-foot dry container

• USD 1,000 per 40-foot dry container and 40-foot high-cube container

• USD 1,200 per refrigerated (reefer) container and special-purpose container

All other freight components—including base ocean freight rates, bunker adjustment factor (BAF), terminal handling charges (THC), and security-related surcharges—shall remain unchanged unless otherwise communicated in official tariff advisories.
