Effective 1 August 2026, the service establishes a fully bonded transport corridor linking Khorfakkan Port with the Sajaa facility, enabling seamless end-to-end movement of goods under customs supervision.  

Customers benefit from 12 days of complimentary bonded storage for dry containers, accelerated inland customs clearance, and potential logistics cost reductions of up to 20%—all supported by integrated regulatory compliance and operational transparency.  

Strategically located in Sharjah, the Sajaa Bonded Dry Port serves approximately 70% of the UAE’s domestic market, facilitating rapid access to major industrial zones, commercial centers, and distribution hubs.  

The facility is certified to handle diverse cargo categories—including general dry containers, refrigerated units (reefers), Class 1–9 dangerous goods (in accordance with IMDG and UAE customs regulations), and empty container management—ensuring comprehensive, compliant inland logistics support.  

By strengthening the integration between Khorfakkan Port and inland distribution networks, the Sajaa Bonded Dry Port advances supply chain resilience, reduces average transit times, and lowers total landed cost for importers and logistics partners.
