The PCS applies to all origin regions except North America and Latin America, for which the surcharge will become effective on 22 June 2026. It covers all container types—including dry, refrigerated (reefer), and special-purpose units—subject to vessel space availability and booking confirmation.  

The surcharge is levied at the following rates:  

• USD 300 per twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU)  

• EUR 250 per TEU  

• GBP 225 per TEU  

The PCS will be invoiced concurrently with base freight charges and is subject to standard billing terms and contractual conditions applicable to the respective trade lane.
