ANL issues schedule for voyage 609N call
2026-04-30

ANL has officially released the cargo receival schedule for the vessel SCION MAFALDA 609N’s upcoming call at the Port of Auckland. This notice outlines critical operational timelines, including vessel arrival and departure windows, cargo cut-off deadlines, documentation requirements, and facility-specific handling instructions—all intended to support timely and compliant cargo submission by customers.

The vessel is scheduled to arrive at the Port of Auckland on 30 April 2026 at 08:00 and depart on 2 May 2026 at 15:30. The final load list submission deadline is 29 April 2026 at 15:00; containers not gated in or pre-advised by this time will be subject to rollover to a subsequent sailing.

Breakbulk cargo will be accepted on 25 and 28 April 2026, up to 12:00 each day. Final supporting documentation—including cargo manifests and high-resolution images—must be submitted no later than 28 April 2026 at 10:00. Full Container Load (FCL) dry cargo receival will occur from 25 to 29 April 2026, concluding daily at 20:00. Reefer container receival is restricted to 28–29 April 2026, also ending at 20:00 each day.

All cargo receivals will be conducted exclusively at the Port of Auckland’s Multi Cargo Facility, located on Tinley Street Road. Please note that no cargo will be accepted on Sundays or New Zealand public holidays.

Customs documentation must be finalized and submitted by 29 April 2026 at 17:00. ANL reiterates that customs clearance remains the sole responsibility of the shipper or consignor; incomplete, inaccurate, or late submissions may result in non-acceptance of cargo for loading.

For dangerous goods shipments, prior approval from ANL is mandatory by 28 April 2026 at 17:00. Final DG documentation—including MSDS, DG declaration, and emergency response information—must be received no later than 29 April 2026 at 10:00. Delivery appointments for dangerous goods are available on 29 April 2026 under two time windows: 72-hour advance booking and 24-hour express booking.

The Shipping Line Instruction (SLI) submission deadline is also 29 April 2026 at 10:00. Submissions missing container numbers, containing discrepancies, or received after this deadline may result in cargo rollover.

ANL reserves the right to adjust the schedule in response to operational or regulatory developments. Any material changes to the vessel’s arrival or port operations will be communicated promptly via official channels.
