The new cranes are set to enhance material handling throughout the entire production cycle. The order was submitted towards the end of October 2024, with the intention of having them delivered and installed by March 2025.

The equipment package consists of three 5-ton overhead cranes for the galvanizing process, which will be crucial for both manufacturing and assembly, as well as an additional three 5-ton cranes for the warehouse to handle finished products and replacement parts.

Each of the six cranes is equipped with runways that extend to almost 200 meters. Furthermore, the pickling section will be supported by two 3-ton overhead cranes, each with a runway of 40 meters, to facilitate the dipping and galvanizing stages.

These cranes have been custom-designed with features such as hot-dip galvanized beams and hoist components with a C5 coating to guarantee their resilience and longevity in harsh environments.
